【Technical】What do I do if I receive a not-yet-activated message as I log in?

You will receive an activation email upon completing the registration process with DLJJewelry.COM. Please make sure to activate your account by clicking on the activation link in the email. Without doing so, you will not be able to login to your account.

The activation email might be delayed due to different email providers. If you have not received it, you can go to the member area to resend an activation email to your registered email account.

Please note that some free email providers such as Yahoo, Hotmail, and Gmail filter out all incoming emails, which do not originate from an email address in your address book. Please check your junk mail folder, and make sure your spam filter is set to accept emails from us.
